These 50 + year old apartment blocks had been experiencing leaks for many years. Leaking sporadically in numerous locations into numerous apartments, the client had for years been applying patch repairs which only occasionally worked for short spells.

RDWS Ltd were successful in securing the long-awaited (by the residents) project to rectify the many issues once and for all. Our partner manufacture in this case carried out a full condition report for us, including carrying out U-value calcs to determine the insulation package required to achieve ‘Building Regulations’ approval.

As well as the roofing system, we also renewed the roof lights, rainwater goods and some of the roof mounted AHU’s servicing the ground floor restaurant tenant. The project was delivered ahead of programme, to budget and with both the manufacturers Single-Point and an independent ‘Insurance Backed Guarantee’.

But most importantly, the project was delivered with ZERO health & safety incidents, accidents, or injuries. Everyone to Come Home Safely !
