Mertoun Place is a terrace of 26 2-storey maisonettes on Seymour Place, Bryanston Mews, West and Bryanston Place in Marylebone, London W, built in the 1960’s It is one of Central London’s most sought-after property locations; a mere 5 minute walk from Oxford Street.
The main contractor was carrying out some internal and external decorations and the client had decided to make use of the scaffolding and site set-up to renew the guarantee on the roof.
RDWS Ltd were selected to carry out a full clean, repair and top-coat using Tor Coatings’ liquid applied Elastaseal ‘Z’
Elastaseal ‘Z’ has been specifically developed to emit almost ‘zero’ odours which was principal requirement for the residents.
As well as the roofing system, we also renewed some of the circular roof lights and included all the tank housings.
The project was delivered with ZERO health & safety incidents, accidents, or injuries.
