patch repairs which only occasionally worked for short spells.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RDWS Ltd were successful in securing the long-awaited (by the residents) project to rectify the many issues once and for all.\u00a0Our partner manufacture in this case carried out a full condition report for us, including carrying out U-value calcs to determine the insulation package required to achieve \u2018Building Regulations\u2019 approval.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As well as the roofing system, we also renewed the roof lights, rainwater goods and some of the roof mounted AHU\u2019s servicing the ground floor restaurant tenant.\u00a0The project was delivered ahead of programme, to budget and with both the manufacturers Single-Point and an independent \u2018Insurance Backed Guarantee\u2019.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But most importantly, the project was delivered with ZERO health &amp; safety incidents, accidents, or injuries.\u00a0<strong>Everyone to
